Timestamp to .pbf Converter

Instructions

Enter timestamps along with labels. Each timestamp should be in the format HH:MM:SS.
Example: 0:01:30 Introduction
Separate each timestamp-label pair with a new line.

How to Use the Downloaded .pbf File

Open PotPlayer and load your video file.
Simply drag and drop the pbf file into that video.
PotPlayer will ask you to merge the bookmark. Click "Yes".
Now you'll have the timestamps on your video.

Note:

Most YouTube videos longer than 30 minutes will have timestamps posted in
the description. Copy them from there and paste into the textarea below.
Typically, you will need to prepend "0:" before timestamps before the first
full hour since they likely won't be present in the description.
It's generally recommended to save the PBX file with the video in
case you need to reapply them in the future.

(Note: This will overwrite any existing bookmarks, so...)
